Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were great, spacious, and had a lovely view of the Bosphorus, with large and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms due to a stinky smell in our initial room, which was not a pleasant experience. The food at the buffet seemed economical and lacked freshness, giving the impression that it might have been frozen for a few days. Additionally, the hotel lacks facilities like a spa, swimming pool, or laundry services.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel in Sultanamet. The smaller rooms offer views of Sultan Ahmet, but our first room had a strong stinky smell that made our stay uncomfortable. The buffet food was average, and for a better experience, you might consider spending more at a different 5-star hotel with superior amenities. On the plus side, the rooms were kept clean daily, and the staff was helpful.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room we initially stayed in had a foul odor but after some negotiation, we were moved to a more comfortable one for our last night. The buffet food was mediocre at best, and the lack of spa, swimming pool, or other facilities was a downside. However, the staff, especially Mr Hanafi, were friendly and accommodating.
